Not quite bloomers but as well as wearing them just as trousers, you could put them under a dress for a slightly more boho feel. They have a deep elasticated waistband at the back, two side pockets and two back pockets the ‘do up’ with a little cotton loop that goes over the button (sadly hidden, but you’ll know that cute detail is there!). The ankles are slightly elasticated too.
